Our second project for Gramicci, the brief was to create a book that would capture the history of the brand whilst showing how the product works in a contemporary context. Created during the global pandemic in 2020, we used illustration, archive, COVID-safe studio shoots in London and remote directing in Utah to deliver a compelling document.

Intended for a specific outdoor retailer audience in the USA who may have forgotten Gramicci's roots in the Yosemite climbing scene of the 1970s and 80s, we worked with key people in US climbing to bring the brand's history to life.

In addition to a printed and bound book we also created another suite of digital content for social media and online applications.
